Mitchell's Hard Apple Cider
Our premier product, and best seller. A
classic drink, made with 100% pure apple juice. The finished product is a smooth,
semi-dry, drink with a slight
tartness to it.
With a short fermentation and aging period, this cider is meant to be drunk young.
It can
be enjoyed cold, slightly chilled or at room temperature. It can also be
warmed up for mulled cider during the holidays.
Cooking & Pairing:
This cider pairs well with chicken, seafood,
and cream sauces. It also works well as a marinade for pork or game, or
even for boiling bratwurst.

Mitchell's
Traditional New England Hard Cider
A nod back to colonial brewers, this is a
traditional New England style recipe. We use only locally grown fresh
pressed apples, with no additives or adjuncts.
A year of fermentation and aging leads to a
mellow cider, comparable to a semi-sweet white wine,

Mitchell's High Test Cider
A more potent version of our Hard Apple Cider.
This cider also finishes quite sweeter than the
original recipe. Best enjoyed ice cold.
